Boca 75 is owned by Monica and Ray Howe of Chelsea, Mi. Monica, who is known as "Micky" to most people, manages the Boca 75 property and attempts to manage their two teanage daughters, Katie and Ellie. The family enjoys coming to Boca Grand frequently. Mick and Ray hope to come down a lot more as they move toward their retirement years.
