Boca 75 has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large screened porch, and a great room including a dining area, living area, and kitchen.

This is the exterior of Boca 75 on the West side of the building.

This is the main entrance to Boca 75 on the East side of the building. Unit 81 is on the second floor above Boca 75.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, entertainment center, television with cable, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The full-width sliding glass door opens onto the porch with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The living area is nicely appointed with an entertainment center, television with cable, two sofa's, a ceiling fan, an easy chair, and a glass-topped coffee table.

The dining area comfortably seats six at an elegant glass-topped dining table.

The open plan kitchen has a counter with two tall chairs, a dishwasher, sink, disposal, oven and stove top, large refridgerator, full-sized washer and dryer, microwave, and coffee maker. Complete sets of knives, utensiles, dishes, and cookware are provided.

The second bedroom is nicely appointed with two twin beds, a dresser, television with cable, closet, and a private balcony facing the East.

The screened porch extends across the width of Boca 75. It opens onto a view of Little Gasparilla Pass, the Gulf of Mexico, and dramtic sunsets. The screened and tiled porch has patio furniture, a ceiling fan, and a stairway down to the waters edge.
