The daily and weekly rental rates vary with the season. Contact the owners for the most current rate information.
The heavy tourist season on Boca Grand is in the winter and early spring months. Things start to slow down after the big tarpon tournament in July and they stay like that way well into the Fall. Some folks, particularly Floridians, prefer the summer months for the great weather, good fishing, slower pace, and, of course, peace and quiet.
Recently, the owners have added wireless networking to the unit, which is available at no additional cost to visitors.

Bookings of the unit change frequently. Let them know the dates you are interested in and they will do their best to accomomdate you. They have quite a bit of discretion regarding the rental rates and they frequently offer a discount for extended, multi-week stays.
